About The Comic Strip Trail

Brussels is the undisputed capital of comics. More than 70 Belgian comic book heroes, including Tintin, Asterix, and the Smurfs adorn the walls of the capital.

The art trail route takes visitors through the maze of streets, along several walls in Brussels and Laeken with big paintings of famous comic book characters. The trail is self-guided and usually on-foot but you can also complete it on a bike, and with the help of a guide from the nearby Comic Strip Museum.
