Forgotten Giants

The six forgotten giants form an incredible art trail around the Danish capital Copenhagen. A great way to explore the often-overlooked parks and nature reserves in the West of the city and to discover some great art outside the cities museums.

The works are the concept of Danish artist Thomas Dambo and are built from wood with the help of local volunteers. The art trail takes in the often-overlooked parks and nature spots around the West of the Danish capital, taking in areas including Rødovre, Hvidovre, Vallensbæk, Ishøj, Albertslund and Høje Taastrup.

You will need a car to capture all six giants as they are quite spread out but the drive is worth the effort as these loveable, larger-than-life creatures make for some excellent photo opportunities!
