About Ty Sculpture Trail

Created as a lasting memory to Ty Partridge who died of Leukaemia, this art trail brings to life 14 stone carvings of animals that live in and around the ancient woodland of Towerhouse Woods. Ty grew up in a house on the corner of the wood and enjoyed spending his time exploring the woodland.

The idea behind the art trail is to offer children an opportunity to get to know animals that live in the wood but can’t always be seen. The Sculptures include a dormouse, badger, fox, buzzard, hedgehog and a robin.
